I'm not only famous, I'm IN-famous

I wrote an email to James Taranto of the Wall Street Journal editorial page and he printed it, with my name. Here is the link:

ObamaCarCare Plan

You'll have to look for my name about half way down. I thought it was ingenious. He did not at first, but then his reason prevailed and he came around to my way of thinking.

I also have been workout out with the hundredpushups.com plan three days a week and riding the bike another three and sitting in the dark and whimpering in a fetal position sucking my thumb because it's the only body part that does not ache the other day. I'm telling you, when I first saw that program I thought, "Oh, I'm a stud. I can do this. I'll probably be off the chart the first week." When I started on my correct level, I had to cut back. What a wuss. But I'm moving forward. Rode 10 miles the first day. I'll probably stick to a modest number of miles. I guess I'll pick a new destination to ride to as my charity is ignoring me.

So I'm going to continue from the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, and go on to Thunder Bay, Ontario. Kurt and I were going to go hiking up there but plans change and we didn't make it. So I'm going to PRETEND to go there. I'll let you know when I head out. I'm still hitting all the ethnic restaurants in Chicago.

Between push ups, you understand.

I'm proud of you, too, Jamee. You have the same innards, to a certain degree, as me! When I had my double hernia repaired, the surgeon told me he wished he'd had a video tape. He'd heard of people with organs on the opposite sides and in the wrong places, but never seen one. Also, he said my connective tissue was so messed up, he kept getting lost and had to backtrack to find my hernia. Cool, huh?
