Go to http://hundredpushups.com/ and do the program. I just started. It was humbling to see where I had to start. I am pretty strong, but I have almost no endurance. Basically, if you can keep away from me for 30 seconds, you can kill me and eat me. I won't care. Just cruise the website and see if you can do it. I dare you. I'm going to work out a display for my progress and post it here for all ten of you to see. I'll replace that image above. Perhaps I should do a before and after? Not like the one above is the "before" and me now is the "after". Nothing like that.
Also, I can't seem to hear back from the charitable organization I explained my fund raising to, so apparently they don't really need the money or want the publicity. So I'm off to other pasture.

Weren't you gonna start at week three? So maybe I have a chance after al :) I'm postponing my start a bit soince I'm sick right now, and the top priority is to get well before next monday when I'm off to Italy! Weee!
I started 2 weeks ago. It is tough. Don't laugh but I had to start with doing girlie pushups (on my knees and not my toes). I got a pair of perfect pushup devices which helps me maintain perfect form. Also makes it much harder to do a pushup. I sure am sore.
Yeah, too bad, Anna. We, who don't get to go to Italy (wee..), only feel a tiny bit sorry for you.
Kurt, I hear you. I did great on the initial test for a 50 year old. But then when I started on week 3 like it suggested, I ran out of gas fast. So went to week 1 and just swallowed hard and shut up about it. I did the push ups, sit ups, and squats today. I'll do biking on the other days. I'm sore.
