Quiet day
I finally am seeing some scenery for the first time since about leaving Thunder Bay all those months ago. I've ridden my living room bike 2,473 miles from home to near Red Lodge, Montana. Feels good.

Weighed in at Weight Watchers tonight, since we cannot on Saturday. Lost 6 pounds in five days. Not bad. Cindy stayed even, which is very good since she is getting closer to her goal weight and it becomes tougher to actually lose weight then. I have a long ways to go. But some of my pants are too big and I can wear all my shirts again. And I can put my socks on without kneeling down. And the belt I've owned the longest is about to become useless. I refuse to punch another hole just so I can pull it in a notch. I will give it away. No, I will burn it. Yep. Burn it. End of an era.

We read Moses 8 tonight, Cindy, Loni, and I. Loni announced we were also going to start memorizing scriptures she picks up in Institute class. So tonight we memorized DC 10:5, about praying to conquer Satan and his servants. Thanks, Loni.

I wish I was near all my daughters and grandchildren. I miss you all.
We have a family cheer, which you can steal if you want:
"BOYDS, BOYDS, WE'RE THE BEST! WE FEEL SORRY FOR ALL THE REST!"
though why you would want to cheer that I don't know. Unless you feel the same way we do...
