Rode 25 miles this week so far to another Middle of NoWhere, Ontario. There are a lot of such places in northwest Ontario.
Today I spent working on getting our outreach laptop running my power point presentation. I finally had to get our IT guy to fix things and he doesn't even know exactly what the problem is. But it should work. I have a meeting in the morning in Chattanooga, about 2.5 hours away. Which means I have to leave around 7 or so, just in case there is bad weather, which IS forecast. After that meeting is over at about noon, I'll be cruising around the Sequatchie Valley looking at hydrologic problems until about 6, when I'll run up to Dunlap, TN and conduct severe weather spotter training for people there. But's on Central Time so I'll get done at about 9-9:30 Eastern and then drive three hours home. Wednesday up and at 'em. sigh...
I think I heard Loni come in the house. I thought she had been translated without telling us. She never calls any more.

Yep just when the kids get useful and interesting they leave. Go figure.
Well, I left when I got useful. But I came back to my parents when I lost my job and got useless. So there's always hope.
