I spent the day in bed. Headache, lethargy, sucked up a house. If you don't know what that means in the Boyd family, you are better off. Watched science shows and fell asleep twice for two hours each. Then Cindy came home and we talked to Loni on the phone for a bit, then Cindy and I watched our favorite show CSI (Las Vegas) and I fell asleep for two hours. When I woke up she was in bed. I'm up, natch, surfing, and wishing I'd not slept six hours today. Feel much better. At least the house went away. Maybe I'll walk in the park tomorrow.
Went to kung fu last night feeling crappy, but all we did was I Ching which is strength training and stretching, which just about made me puke, so I came home and went to bed. Canceled seminary today. The kids never are sorry for that, but the parents who now have to drive them are. Oh, well, they can teach seminary if they want.
I'm looking at the picture of my mom and dad which is taped to the pc monitor, which was taken just before he died at age 51. I'll be 51 next month. I wish I were as good a man as he was. He had his faults, but he was a good dad and as good a man as he knew how to be. I don't even think about being the saint mom was. Or that Cindy is. Maybe in the next life.
I should probably go to bed and read Poe. He's less depressing than this is becoming.

Sorry you aren't feeling well. I am taking Beau off of this medicine he is on and I thought he would have the whole house prob, but so far so good. Hope you feel better today!
Cindy: Story of our life, innit?
Jamee: Sorry. Wow. All those "housewares" from that little kid? Yep. He's a Boyd.
Stevie: Thanks. No home furnishings for him, then, that's good. I'm getting anothere headache. Killer. Guess I'll go to bed and read Poe's "The Narrative of Arthur Gordon Pym". Cool story, except for the creepy part about the Dutch ship and the cannabalism. Well, actually, those were cool, too.
