Just did my Saturday exhaustion workout.
Pushups: 28
Curls (30lb) 30
sutups: 61
squats: 70
Going to Weight Watchers this morning, then meeting Cindy and Loni at Applebee's for lunch. After that I have a weather talk to the Girl Scouts at the Talley Ward Building and then I'm coming home and preparing for my lesson to the youth on Sunday.
Then I'm doing nothing. Period.
