I have nothing to add today. So why am I blogging?

I had the crappiest day of my life. Well, that's a strong statement. But I think it may be true. There may be one other one, which I can't elaborate about, but this one was certainly second, possibly.

I came home this afternoon, but stopped at the store on the way home and bought food and just porked out all afternoon in the dark watching DVR's of Star Trek. Then I had just had to get out of the dark so I got my ipod and headed to the park and walked. I listened to uptempo music, some of which could be considered hard rock. This usually does not help when I'm down. Then I came home and listened to the story of Carter and his frog, and how Olivia the species on google.com all by herself, and saw pictures of Briggs and The Bugs. And I laughed for the first time all day.

Tonight was Biggest Loser and it was a good one. I really like the ones where they help each other do well and don't play the game. Just work and help each other. Isn't that what life is about?

I rode/walked 15 miles for a total of 2,676 miles from home to Ashton, ID.

Kurt's statement on Facebook inspired me. Since October 7, 2010, I have exercised 6 consecutive days and been exact on WW for zero days in a row.
