Went to Nashville yesterday to speak at a engineer convention. Drove home today, got hom about 5:30 pm, ate some chicken, drove to the church taught institute, drove home, watched the DVR of Biggest Loser, came in here did my squat workout, did the blog.
Did 15 miles to today to Linko, Ontario, total 1304 miles. So tired.

That would be fun if I got there before you guys visited and then I could order my pizza while you were here.
Ever had pizza in Chicago?
I hear it is to die for.
I might do that just getting there(die), if I can ever get more than 10 miles a day.

Are you ready to eat pizza, again? I am not ready to eat potatoes. When you get there, then I'll buy you the best pizza in town. Just try to get 11 or 12 miles a day. That adds up. Or you can do other things, like if you go for a walk with the kids, count that toward your total. I count kung fu and weightlifting. I know what I feel like after 20 miles and kung fu on Tuesdays is about 25 and on Thursdays it's about 15. Weightlifting is about 5-10. It's all good for you and should count.
