Stress management, more riding, long work days

This stress management technique was sent to me by a friend. I've tried it and it really works. Follow the steps exactly and you will see amazing results.

Picture yourself lying on your belly on a warm rock that hangs out over a crystal clear stream. Picture yourself with both your hands dangling in the cool running water.
Birds are sweetly singing in the cool mountain air. No one knows your secret place. You are in total seclusion from that hectic place called the world. The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity.
The water is so crystal clear that you can easily make out the face of the person you are holding underwater.

More riding

Rode 16 miles tonight before work. I love this bike! Made it to I64 in Lexington, KY. In fact, tomorrow I should be out of Lexington on my way to Louisville. 206 miles so far. I am a stud.

Long workdays

Or rather, long nights. My partner for these mids was sick with sore throat, coughing attacks, etc. Sounded horrible. So at 6 a.m. the first night I told him to get lost and go home. He finally did, and then called in sick for the next two night. Calling in sick for a midnight shift is the last thing anyone wants to do, since someone has to come in on a mid shift on their day off with no warning. But when you are sick and there is a bug going around and there is talk of swine flu, DON'T COME INTO WORK! Sheesh.

But I'm not bitter.

I loved the water so clear I could see the person I was holding under. See you are just like me. Amazing.
Yeawe kinda go lifeless when our women are gone. Channel surf, eat, rent DVD. The next to perfect life.
